As the employed or engagement-based CFO, we have headed up growth strategies, created financial plans, strengthened lender relationships, secured new capital, and uncovered cost saving opportunities. We have overseen CFO replacements and transitions, provided CFO candidate mentoring, and worked in partnership with executive teams to accomplish financial goals.
